Meet Mervin Carballo, Founder of San Diego Sacred Geometry 

Mervin Carballo got his first tattoo when he was just 13 years old. He was so fascinated by the art form at that age that he started working as a tattoo artist as quickly as he could. He began working as a tattoo artist in 2012 in the Philippines and then later moved to America in 2017. Today, he helps clients across San Diego County get tattoos they will love for a lifetime. 

Mervin draws inspiration from Indian ornamental work, sacred geometry, and mandalas. He is fascinated by the symbolism behind sacred geometry and how these shapes and patterns are believed to heal the body and restore balance according to various cultures and religious beliefs. He is also inspired by nature and its innate patterns and wisdom. His work symbolizes the interconnectedness of the natural world and all things.
